Mitsubishi has unveiled an updated version of the Outlander PHEV, featuring significant under-the-skin improvements while retaining its popular design. The new model is set to enhance electric range and overall performance, making it a strong contender in the plug-in hybrid SUV market.
Improved Electric Range:
The updated Outlander PHEV boasts an electric range of 86 km under the stricter WLTP cycle, up from 84 km in the previous model. This is achieved through a larger 22.7 kWh battery, replacing the previous 20 kWh unit.
