Hyundai has revealed the Ioniq 5 N DK Edition at the 2025 Tokyo Auto Salon, showcasing a range of chassis upgrades designed to enhance the already impressive performance of its award-winning electric SUV.
Developed in collaboration with renowned drift expert Keiichi Tsuchiya, this special edition aims to deliver an even more thrilling driving experience on the racetrack.

Key Upgrades
The DK Edition features several performance-enhancing modifications:

- H&R lowering springs reducing ride height by 15mm
- Six-piston monoblock brake calipers with larger, heat-resistant pads
- 21-inch forged alloy wheels, reducing unsprung weight by 10.6kg
- Carbon fiber body kit including splitter, side skirts, rear wing, and diffuser
Aerodynamic Enhancements
The carbon fiber body kit serves a functional purpose:
- Generates an additional 93kg of downforce at 140 km/h
- Improves overall stability and handling at high speeds
Powertrain Retention
Despite the chassis upgrades, the DK Edition maintains the standard Ioniq 5 N's powertrain:




- Dual electric motors producing 641 hp (with N Grin Boost engaged)
- 0-100 km/h acceleration in 3.4 seconds
- Top speed of 260 km/h

The Ioniq 5 N DK Edition will be exclusively offered in:
- South Korea
- Japan
